When is my booking confirmed?

You should receive confirmation showing the hospital and branch, consultation or procedure, date and time, patient details, and preparation instructions. Sending an inquiry or deposit does not by itself confirm the hospital appointment. Check payment receipt and appointment confirmation separately.
