Does booking an immigration appointment allow me to stay beyond expiry?

Applies to Aurora · Medical travel visas

An appointment, an extension application, and approval are different. An appointment alone does not extend your stay. Confirm how to apply and whether your application has been received before expiry. If expiry is imminent or has passed, immediately explain the situation to immigration and seek guidance.
